Challenge
The rental service needed rides to start without a dock or a cashier: find a bike nearby, scan it and go.
Solution
A map with bikes, parking spots and zones where riding or parking is not allowed. Battery charge is visible right on the map. QR scanning or manual number entry, with a flashlight for scanning in the dark. A bike card: charge, range and estimated time. Per-minute or time-based tariffs, ride insurance included. In-app balance.
