Solution
A catalogue of water bodies by city with the number of fishing spots. Buying a permit — one-off or for a period — with a catch limit and a QR code for inspection. Purchase history. A “Protection” section: a poaching report with an address, a map area, violation type, photos and video goes to the ranger in charge.
