The chain needed its own ordering channel without aggregators — and a reason for guests to come back.
Solution
City and nearest-restaurant selection. Delivery and pickup, ordering for someone else. Booking a table or a VIP karaoke room by date, time and party size. Bonuses: 1,000 for signing up, up to 20% cashback on delivery, cashback tiers by order total, a referral programme. Gift certificates, a QR code for collecting bonuses in the restaurant, language selection and push notifications.
