Challenge

A breakdown at a station used to be reported by phone and then passed along a chain of people. Nobody could see where a request got stuck, who approved it, or whether the repair was done.

Solution

A request with a priority, station, branch and a list of faults by equipment and fuel type. The cashier creates it, the regional manager and head office approve it, the director and service manager assign a specialist. The technician closes the request with photos and a comment; a request can also be rejected with a stated reason. Every step is logged with role and time. A station directory by counterparty, with search.
